Madonna Photo Retrospective Exhibit at The W Hotel - Times Square NYC
The bar of the W Hotel in Times Square is hosting an exhibit with rare photos of Madonna taken by photographer Richard Corman and George du Bose during her days as a struggling dancer/musician in the Lower East Side. Rock Paper Photo curated this traveling exhibit and all the photographs are also available in limited edition prints from their website.
Last nights launch party featured music spun by DJ Posso and drinks courtesy of Vitamin Water. The crowds sipped on cocktail as they traveled back in time to the 80's with pictures of Madonna in leather studded punk braceletes, bright red lipstick, ripped jeans over lace leggings, and hair styling with lots of hairspray. Photographer Richard Corman was also there himself to talk about his pictures of the Material Girl.
